PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & REFUNDS
We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Credit card via call back.
2. Credit card through our phone at (931) 924-3400.
3. Check or money order. After an online order is placed, we will hold your items for 7 days. If payment (including shipping cost) is not received within 7 days, we will release your order back into our inventory. All payments made with a check will be held ten days from receipt of payment.
1. We ship USPS and UPS, depending on the weight and size. Small/lightweight items generally go USPS. Heavy/bulky items generally go UPS Ground.
2. Standard delivery time is 2-10 business days from the date your order was placed. 98% of our orders of in stock items are shipped the same or next business day. If you would like your order sent overnight or with a delivery date guaranteed, we offer express shipping options through UPS and USPS.
3. We ship USPS and UPS. Shipping charges are based upon item(s) and destination.
4. If shipping is outside the Continental US or you want an expedited service an extra fee will apply. Please note these prices are for shipping new merchandise only.
ALL PURCHASED FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO FEDERAL LICENSED FIREARMS DEALERS! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Due to our various workloads, there could be up to a two (2) business day delay on shipping from the time you place the order. Please do not call to check on your order during those 48 hours; it will only slow down shipping, because the packers are usually the same people who answer the phone. If you have a time sensitive delivery need, let us know when placing the order and we should be able to fulfill that timeline. The shipping service will automatically email you a tracking number.
Refunds can be made on unused/unopened merchandise only. All refund requests must be made within ten calendar days from the date the order was delivered and must be received by us within fifteen days from the date of delivery. All refunds must be returned at the buyers’ expense. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
We are the warranty and/or repair provider for most of the products we sell. If you have a problem with your item, please call us and let us try to troubleshoot it over the phone before returning it.
Exchanges can be made on unused/unopened merchandise only. All exchange requests must be made within ten calendar days from the date the order was delivered and must be returned to us within fifteen days from the date of delivery. Exchanges can be credited up to the full purchase price of the item less shipping on both the new order and original order.
Order Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel an order ONLY if you contact us prior to shipping. We ship 95% of all orders within 36 hours of being placed, so you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
