Hello everyone,
I know this question as came up before, but I cannot find fnd much information on the TAU-7, and don't know of anybody who
owns one...
I am new to 10M air pistol shooting and I am looking for a good starter gun. Any more information on the pro's & con's of
these two guns would be realy appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike.

I have one of each in my collection. either one is a good starter pistol. If I had to choose it would probably be the IZH-46.

I have a Tau-7 and have shot a friends IZH-46. Both good guns but the Tau-7 takes less effort to shoot and is more adjustable.
Only problem I found with Tau-7 was learning to close the loading port with the required force. Parts have a parkerized type
finish and do not mesh well. If loading port is not firmly closed you will find yourself on your hands and knees looking for the
loading port seal that goes flying when loading port blows open.

Well I own a TAU-7 and have had it for about 4 mo. and I love it. I am an x national guard shooter with no air gun experience
but this little gun will shoot better than I will. But make shure the loading gate is firmly closed. also try shooting with and without
the rear counter bal. weight to see what works for you.
