While shooting pistol indoors at my club, my front sight has a fuzzy glare look to it caused by the target being so bright. What filters or colored lenses would help elimate this problem?

You'll have to try and see. Every one of us is "color blind" to some extent and have differing perceptions of colors and contrast.
I find a red lens helps me dim the glare and make the blacks blacker.
Others find yellow is both good for low and bright light.
Vermillion can be excellent in bright light.
Others like blue for indoor fluro lights.
Or of course gray, gold, green or any other color might work for you, there's no way to predict it.

I have found that a brown filter (from ISS) to be effective for me when the
targets are very bright. In my case, its outdoors with bright sun on the
targets and a sand backstop while shooting from a covered/shaded position.
Indoors I can usually cut enough target brightness by stopping down my
apeture.
Making your sights bigger also helps. See the Nygord Notes.
This situation (bright target making the front sight fuzz up) is aggravated
by advancing age :^).
