First of all many thanks to Warren for his hitchikers guide, its full of info and one of the most useful guide i've read (and no, it's not the only one i've read :))
Now the problem: I may block my elbow and shoulder and i've almost no lateral mtion in my wrist but I find very difficult to block the vertical motion, my front sight is correctly in the middle of the rear sight but I can't get a good and stable top sight alignement, the front sight always want to sink in the rear sight.
Any idea to solve it (traumatic hand-wrist or brain surgery not wellcome)?
Sorry for the english mistakes (bad typing + sub-zero knowledge of grammar rules .))
Thanks for your help

It sounds like your grip-angle is not correct. Is your pistol pointing towards the ground when you relax your wrist? If so, you are using the muscles on top of your lower arm to lift the pistol up to align the sights. As your lower-arm muscles grow tired, it is difficult to keep the front of the pistol up, and you can see the front sight sinking relative to the rear-sight.
The solution may be to do something about your grip so that you have a bigger grip angle. Then your pistol will point more naturally with your wrist relaxed. On some pistols, the grip angle can be adjusted (Walther, Steyr). On others you will have to modify the grip.
Another problem may be that the pistol is to heavy for you (heavy at the front of the pistol). Maybe there are som barrel weights that can be removed?

Hi, try to feel the pressure of your fingers on the grip and if they increase as you move the index finger. Also try to feel the tension of your thumb.
