What is correct sight hold for rapid fire? Is it center hold or something else?

With a true center hold, your sights would cover the white horz. line, most RF shooter aim just below the white line and use it as a reference point. Remember, 1st priority is clear sight picture. If the sights are in correct alignment and the pistol is the general aiming area, and the shot breaks without disturbing the sights, it will be a 10. My recommendation, is do not put too much effort on the aiming area, its better to put that effort on correct sight alignment.
