Question 1
In the operating instructions it refers to a trigger power screw (d) is this the velocity adjustment ?
Question 2
I am feeling a lot of recoil a sort of (springy) feeling to it, a lot More recoil than my LP 10P is the absorber adjustable?
Thanks in advance.
Phil Jones.

"d" is first stage weight, "b" is second stage let off weight. The new manuals will correct this confusion. My first LP300's recoil absorber didn't seem to work at first ... and then I had a "sprung" like feel. This went away after the first 100 shots ...

When I first got my LP 300, I noticed that the muzzle would jump about 1/10 the width of the front sight after shooting a pellet. After changing to a slightly firmer grip, I have no recoil that I can see.
The LP 300 absorber has no moving mass that I know of. It has an angled port about 40 mm in back of the front sight that blows air upward, much like some rapid fire 22 short pistols. The manual does not mention any adjustments on the absorber.
IMHO, once you find the grip and follow through necessary for this pistol, you will not notice any recoil. BTW, my previous AP was a FWB 65 and I could shoot about 88% with it. Now with the LP 300, I am shooting in the 92-93% range.

The LP300 has a spring absorber behind the pellet ram, a compensator up front, seperator in front of the muzzle and a barrel port.
I don't know if the absorber is adjustable ... but mine seemed to be sticky at first.
email me your email address and I'll Reply and Attach a copy of the Walther brochure that shows the absorber in a cut away ...
