Steyr LP50

With the introduction of the new ISSF Rapid Fire Air Pistol events the continued worldwide popularity of the Steyr LP50 is doubly assured. For many years it's predecessor (the LP5) has been a favorite of NRA Bullseye shooters for home training for the timed and rapid fire series. Due to its versatility in changing light to heavy trigger units and the ability to mount a red dot sight with ease. The new LP50, introduced in 2003, features pre-cut shroud* for scope/dot mounting, cylinders with manometers and fitted carry case.
                                                                                                                                     * factory cut shrouds are available exclusively from PilkGuns.

Steyr LP50
A true semi-auto air pistol, powered by pre-compressed air. Superb accuracy and total commitment to quality make this gun just beg to be shot over and over again. This is the one gun that all your friends wish they could own.

gauge and compensator

The Steyr Compensator provides for added stability of the airgun during firing, reduces the muzzle jump and makes firing "as smooth as silk".
Also shown is the new integral pressure gauge on the end of the cylinder.
LP50 sight adjustments The rear sight notch is infinitely adjustable in width from 0 - 5 mm. The depth of the notch may be varied within 1.8 mm to 2.6 mm. The rear sight unit itself may also be moved fore and aft on a receiver rail, thereby allowing the sight radius to be altered.

The Standard grip can be swivelled and adjusted in virtually any direction relative to the action and thus allows for a perfect relaxed and natural stance of the shooter. In addition, the palm shelf can be adjusted up and down.
Carry case The new handy carry case.
LP50 carrying case The new pistol comes complete with two cylinders, two 5-shot magazines, filling adaptor, manual, factory test target and tool kit.
LP50 action close up A closeup of the action - the loading port is shown (the square cutout) just above and behind the cocking levers. Trigger shoe can be adjusted fore and aft, and the match trigger itself is fully adjustable.
LP50 weights Balance and weight characteristics of the LP50 can be changed with the use of barrel weights. Four barrel weights of 10g are supplied with the pistol, and can be mounted at any postion along the barrel shroud for the perfect balance.
