Sandy Santibanez came up with this Super Simple air pistol weight balancing system. Depending on what type of air pistol cylinders you use, you can cut off the end of a plastic 35 mm film canister, slide it over the air cylinder, attach self-adhesive tire balancing weights and presto, you have an easily adjustable weight balance.
You should be able to find the proper film canister at your local one hour photo business. They usually discard the used canisters. Some air cylinder brands (Walther) might be to wide for this system ... although perhaps splitting the canister might work?
The tire weights can be found at any tire repair business/garage. Often they'll just give you some for free. Sandy found that the 70 gram weights are useful.
