Cocking and Loading

Loading flap

Opening the loading flap will cock the pistol. This will allow the magazine to be inserted.
The magazine can only be removed by pulling the loading flap completely to the rear.
To Load: Pull flap rearward until end stop is positively felt. Close the flap. Push loaded magazine in the left side of the mag well, pushing against the ratchet as far as it will go to the right. The pistol is now loaded, cocked and ready to fire.
After firing the fifth shot the magazine can be removed without actuating the loading flap. The reloaded magazine can be reinserted and is again ready for firing. Recocking the flap is only necessary should the trigger be pulled after the fifth shot, thereby uncocking the action.
