Sight Adjustments

Elevation: Clockwise down.
Windage: Clockwise left.
1 click = 2mm @ 10m.

Notch Width: Turn screw 7/3 clockwise to widen notch.
Notch Depth: Turn screw 7/5 clockwise to increase depth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Front Sight Width: This can be changed from 3.8 to 4.4 or 4.7mm by loosening set screw 40 at muzzle end and rotating front sight.

 

 

Trigger Adjustments

 

Trigger Takeup: To lengthen takeup turn screw 22/6 anti-clockwise.
First Stage Weight: Turn screw 22/5 clockwise to increase first stage weight.
Second Stage Weight: Turn screw 27 clockwise to increase second stage weight.
Sear Engagement: To set sear engagement – cock pistol for dry fire, turn screw 35 gradually clockwise until sear releases. Then back off screw at least 1/8 tp 1/4 of a turn.
Trigger Stop: Screw 51 will act as a mechanical trigger stop. Turn clockwise to reduce after travel.

Dry Firing

To set the pistol for dry firing, first cock the action. Then push slide #8 to the right. This allows dry fire training, even with a full cylinder. To go back to live fire, cock the action and push slide to the left.

Grip Adjustments

Grip Angle: The rake angle of the grip can be varied by 7 degrees. Loosen screw 42 with 4mm allen key, set grip to desired position, then retighten screw 42. It can be fixed further by positioning screw 50/1 in the rear of the frame under the grip.
Lateral and diagonal (cant) adjustment: The lateral angle of the grip can be adjusted up to 2 degrees. Adjustment is made from the side, from outside, with three socket head screws #50. Loosen screw 42, adjust screws 50 until the desired angle is attained, then retighten 42.

Velocity Settings

 

Fine Adjustment: This can be set with screw 10 in the rear of the receiver. To increase velocity turn clockwise.
Coarse Adjustment: Not recommended by any but gunsmiths. After unscrewing the cylinder the adjusting screw on the reducing valve (11) can be adjusted with a special tool. Only small steps should be taken at a time (1/4 turn maximum). Turn clockwise to increase velocity.
